Cancellation Policy

For Orders Not Yet Shipped and ReceivedYou can cancel your order prior to entering the "processing" phase (usually within 1-2 business days of purchase). The "processing" phase is when your order has been assigned a product and is preparing to ship.

If, under special circumstances, you are granted a refund in the "processing" or "shipping" phase, any refunds will not include the shipping fees paid if the product had shipped
